The Path to Care
We make starting ABA therapy as simple and supportive as possible for your family.
1
Intake & Benefit Verification
The process begins with our simple intake form. We will verify your insurance coverage, including Colorado Medicaid and private plans, to ensure you understand your options from day one.
2
Consultation & Clinical Assessment
One of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) will reach out to you to become familiar with your needs and determine appropriate fit with provider. Then a comprehensive assessment will be scheduled and completed. We observe your child in their natural environment to build a highly personalized behavior plan.
3
Therapy Begins
We match your family with a dedicated therapist who works under BCBA supervision. Therapy is delivered in the comfort of your home, focusing on communication, skill building, and behavior reduction. Community outings are also encouraged during therapy and in some instances in-school/daycare support can be achieved.
*An Autism diagnosis is not always required to begin services. Eligibility for ABA therapy depends on clinical assessment, developmental needs, and insurance funding requirements. We support families through the evaluation and intake process to determine appropriate services. *
